Treasure Chest Self-Storage Expansion

Ground-up construction of nine (9) pre-engineered self-storage buildings amounting to a total of 43,200 square feet. Construction included development of a complex site with a vast storm retention pond for property drainage, grubbing, tree clearing, site servicing, site work, excavation and grading, and site electrical. Buildings required concrete formwork, reinforcing steel, concrete finishing, structural steel and erection, metal siding and roofing, roll-up doors, hollow metal doors and hardware, and electrical work.
