Mike Fedak

Born in Poland, Mike came to Canada in 1993 with an education in Architectural engineering.

Mike joined the NIACON team in 1995 where he has been instrumental in staff development and mentoring through his expertise in the construction industry.

Mike has developed strong employee and subcontractor productivity and has an innate ability to identify, isolate and eliminate work hazards and foresee possible design problems.

Mike is a results driven construction and project manager, with over 20 years of expertise as a superintendent, manager and business owner.

Versed in scheduling, contract negotiations, project estimating and building code regulations, he has a history of concurrently directing multiple projects to successful completion through effective management and team collaboration.

Mike has a verifiable record for completion of successful multi-million dollar projects while maintaining costs. Mike Continually strives to produce a high quality product while adhering to a tight schedule and budget.
