New construction of a 60 unit, 5 storey apartment building in Thorold, ON.
Woodman Pool Replacement and Community Centre
This project includes a park pool replacement and a new addition to a Community Centre building including Mechanical Room, upgrades to HVAC and fencing.
Memorial Park Pool
This project includes the construction of the Memorial Park In-Ground Pool, including main pool, wading pool, and a bath house. The scope of work includes demolition of existing concrete pool, wading pool, and bathhouse, new construction recreation pool with new concrete deck and pool accessories, new bathhouse construction will include a 2,800 sq. ft. change facility, public washrooms, and exterior change cubicles. This project also includes new site works and landscaping surrounding the pool and structures.
West Lincoln New Fire Station #2
Construction of a new Fire Station that will consist of four “back in” apparatus bays, office and meeting rooms, a fitness center, standard service level kitchen, decontamination facilities. Site work will include new heavy duty and regular duty asphalt drives, storm water management strategies and additions to existing septic systems.
Kenhtè:ke Language and Cultural Centre
Construction of the new Kenhtè:ke Language Cultural Centre in Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory, Ontario. The scope of work includes a new building with classrooms, administration areas, large gathering space and teaching kitchen. Exterior services, landscape and parking areas are also included.
Design-Build Welland Fire Station 3
This project involves the construction of a new 6,400 sq ft Fire Station in Welland, ON.
17 Guelph St. Affordable Housing
Construction of 12 units of affordable rental housing in Georgetown, Ontario. New units will be barrier-free and 4 will be fully accessible.
