The addition will compliment the existing designated heritage building in appearance, and meet the functional program providing the required spaces to accommodate 49 children in total composed of 10 infant daycare spaces, 15 toddler daycare spaces, 24 preschool daycare spaces, and other required spaces such as admin offices, laundry room, janitorial space, storage, full kitchen, staff room, accessible staff washroom, etc.
