NIACON was appointed as Construction Manager to build two new student townhouse residences, totaling 16 units between two buildings; Block A and Block B. This project is 3-storeys above grade and one below. The scope of work includes extensive site work, prefabricated interior and exterior wood panels system, energy style windows, metal roofing, exterior hardboard siding, and brick veneer.
