This project included the design and construction phases of a new Fire and Emergency Services facility in Welland, Ontario. This 6,943 sq ft fire station includes a gym, dorms, laundry, truck bays, kitchen/day room, etc. A truck bay exhaust system was designed and installed. Masonry exterior with some metal siding. Excavation, dewatering, site utilities, concrete forming, SOG, concrete finishing, paving, site concrete, roofing, drywall, millwork, painting, mechanical and electrical.
