Willow Cakes & Pastries Bakery

NIACON was provided with the opportunity to construct the Willow Cakes & Pastries boutique café that has become a renowned bakery throughout the Niagara Region. The scope of work included selective demolition, unique millwork, finishes, equipment, mechanical, and electrical. The bakery required a commercial kitchen with specialty equipment therefore the mechanical component was significant. One-of-a-kind millwork counters and glass display cases, with specialty lighting, all combined to give this bakery a unique and comfortable experience.
