This project consisted of the conversion of an existing milk production facility into a boutique hotel. The scope included the construction of 41 uniquely styled and sized suites, some of which are loft-like two-bedroom spaces, hosting separate living areas. To compliment the hotel, a 70 seat restaurant was also incorporated into the renovation. AG inspired Cuisine is a high-end restaurant that was completely renovated, and elegantly transformed, maintaining much of the existing structural components. Additionally, a luxurious 3,500sq.ft. spa facility was fused with the development, providing a space of peaceful ambiance. The spa has won consecutively CAA/AAA4- Diamond Award.
