This mid-rise property was a seven storey, 6,278 square-foot apartment building located in downtown Hamilton. The building consists of a variety of one and two-bedroom suites for a total of 73 apartments. The building’s schedule was accelerated by the use of precast exterior walls thereby, expediting the need to finish the interior spaces. Additionally, over twenty parking stalls were added, and suspended slab canopy was constructed over the outdoor parking spaces.
