This exclusive mountainside development entailed the construction of 25 new townhomes ranging between 1,750 and 2,100 square feet in Ellicottville, New York. The site featured an aggressive slope therefore bringing in the required site services presented unique challenges that necessitated the coordination of multiple trades and utilities. Each 3-storey unit consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, an open concept kitchen, stone gas fireplace, in-floor heating, and a unique media room for entertainment. Construction entailed a steel substrate and wood framing with copper, stone, and heavy timber finishes.
