An existing retail space of 2,200 sq.ft. was extensively renovated and converted to a Thai restaurant in the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. The construction budget was identified, and a construction management contract was issued. The project schedule was ambitious so a fast-track plan was implemented to meet the required opening date. The project was built for a long-standing repeat client who owns numerous and highly recognized tourist establishments within Niagara-on-the-Lake so a fail-safe program and high-quality were top requirements.
