This unique project consisted in the conversion of an existing milk production facility into a boutique hotel consisting of 41 uniquely styled and sized suites, some of which are loft-like two bedroom spaces hosting separate living areas.
To compliment the guests, a restaurant was also incorporated to the renovation, with the ability to seat 70 diners. AG inspired Cuisine is a high end restaurant that was reconditioned and fully renovated elegantly yet maintain much of the existing structural components.
Additionally, a luxurious 3,500sq.ft. spa facility was fused with the design and construction of the project, providing a space of peaceful ambiance, the spa has won consecutively CAA/AAA4- Diamond Award.
