This project involves construction of a 4-storey residence including basement walk-out for Supportive Housing. There are a total of 24 suites, including four large apartments to be used as emergency shelters for families, as well as 20 units of long-term permanent housing offering a mix of one, two, and four-bedroom units, complete with a hydraulic passenger elevator. The exterior finish of the building is a mixture of masonry veneer, cement panels and EIFS. The unique landscape incorporates some existing trees and shrubs as well as new trees and other plant materials, utilizing an existing creek bed to create an appealing landscape design.
