Project Management

Project Management for Construction and Development is defined as “The total delivery of a facility to the clients requirements from inception to completion”. Project management is a professional discipline, which separates the management function of a project team from the design and execution functions. It is most effectively used for more complex projects, and has been used in construction 20 – 30 years. The key to Project Management is the effective management of people – motivating a project team to a common objective.
