The renovation and expansion completed at Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse involved extensive selective demolition, new millwork, unique finishes, imported lighting fixtures, new commercial kitchen including equipment upgrades, complete redesign of public bars, and extensive mechanical and electrical upgrades. To ensure minimal disruptions to guests within the restaurant and hotel the project was split into phases. Initially residing in the North Tower, Brasa expanded by forty percent into the Middle Tower to accommodate new private dinning an a wine cellar. The kitchen within the restaurant was upgraded, and redesigned making the space more functional and efficient. Brazilian textile designs, gaucho styled inspired lights and ceiling features, basket weave light fixtures, and tribal tiles were many things utilized to create and authentic Brazilian feel in the dining area.
