This project included the renovation of a 300-student lounge, offices and a pub. It included the construction of a new food court; Harveys, Booster Juice, Subway, AH-SO Sushi, Indian and Italian. NIACON completed on a hard bid basis against five local general contractors to complete the scope of work, on a fixed price basis and delivered the project on time and on budget.
