This project encompassed the conversion of a decommissioned Church (Glengate Alliance Church), which was historically once a public school. The building was re-purposed into a new retirement complex consisting of 34 new suites with several barrier-free accessibility options. The current building required extensive selective demolition to accommodate the new suite designs and new common areas. The scope of work involved new landscaping, sitework, concrete foundations, masonry, new millwork, new doors and windows, repairs to exterior facade, all new interior finishes, the incorporation of a new elevator, mechanical and electrical system additions and upgrades.
